A question to think about before we meet.
How can we make the next step easier for a teammate?
I can use this question or bring one of my own.
I’ll start with a missing order update, then we break into small groups to share ideas and agree who follows up. My manager confirms when I’m ready to lead.
Jordan is still practicing offering a suggestion sooner. He leads this huddle himself — one leader at a time — then everyone breaks into small groups to talk it through and share back. Give feedback afterward.
